Mark is the founding partner CEO and CIO of AMPHI Research and Trading, an advisory firm for derivatives research and portfolio structuring of global macro and managed futures portfolios.
Previously he was the CEO of the Funds Group for FourWinds Capital Management and the President and CIO for John W. Henry & Co, a leading quantitative hedge fund.

Karen was COO of payment company MobiPayPoint, responsible for daily operations and key partner relationships.
Her responsibilities included day-to-day running of the company, security compliance and reporting into the board.
Prior to this Karen spent 8 years as Head of CEL Studios, a division of RTÉ, Ireland’s national broadcaster. In that time she took it from a substantial loss making division into a key profit centre for the organisation.
Prior to that Karen was a successful producer in advertising working across many national and international brands both in Ireland and abroad.

A Results-focused Technology strategist commanding 20+ years of executive management success on an international scale. Jonathan currently serves as the European Executive Director and Director of AMPHI Research and Trading Technology. Jonathan was the CTO & co-founder of Lakewood Partners LLC, a quantitative hedge fund, located in Boston USA. Prior to this position Jonathan served as a senior official within the global diplomatic community. Jonathan holds Post Graduate Degrees and professional certifications in Information Technology, Human Resources and Finance from M.I.T and NYU.
